YUFE4Postdocs are appointed for a three-year period and carry out their research training projects under the guidance of their chosen supervisor. They are conducting research linked to urban challenges and opportunities.

Additionally, all postdocs have selected a co-supervisor at another YUFE university, and they will collaborate together throughout the project, supported by an Intra-YUFE mobility. They will receive personalised supervision and career guidance by two supervisors (at the host and co-host university) with a Career Development Plan as an individual roadmap.

With stakeholder interaction and Open Science at the heart of the YUFE4Postdocs program, all postdocs will carry out their project in regular contact with one or more stakeholder organisations.
