The Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) Alliance is excited to announce an open position for a passionate and creative Content Creator & Community Manager to join our Central Office team in Brussels. As part of the YUFE Central Office, the new Content Creator & Community Manager will ensure effective communication across YUFE’s diverse network of partner universities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, intercultural environment where creativity, collaboration, and flexibility are highly valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, develop, and edit content for the YUFE website, social media channels, and internal communications to highlight YUFE’s activities and impact.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a vibrant online community by managing daily communication, campaigns, and content calendars.
- Visual Storytelling: Create engaging graphics, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva or Adobe, to effectively convey YUFE’s message.
- Communication Champion: Work alongside the YUFE Communication Crew, collaborating with the ten partner universities to maintain consistent and clear messaging.
- Collaboration & Flexibility: Contribute to annual communication planning, manage projects independently, and adapt to a wide variety of tasks as needed.

Interview Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed online on January 16th & 17th, 2025.
- Second-round interviews will include a practical assignment and will be held in-person on January 24th, 2025 in Brussels.
