YUFE offers a diverse range of exciting Minors across Europe, open to students from all 10 YUFE partner universities. A YUFE Minor lets you study abroad, connect with local students and organisations, and become part of a truly connected European university network.
Each YUFE Minors (30 ECTS) is designed with flexibility in mind. You can choose from a broad selection of courses at your host university and tailor your minor to match your academic interests and degree programme. This means your exchange experience is not only international, but also personal and relevant to you.
What truly sets YUFE Minors apart is the YUFE Challenge course. In this unique course, you’ll work in international teams with a local stakeholder to tackle a real societal challenge. This hands-on experience connects academic learning with real-world impact, helping you develop intercultural, professional, and problem-solving skills.

What are YUFE Minors?
YUFE Minors are 30 ECTS programmes focused on key societal themes such as sustainability, inclusion, or innovation. They combine academic courses with a hands-on Challenge Course, where students collaborate to solve real-life problems proposed by local organisations. Flexible and international, many Minors offer optional electives and online components, allowing students to learn across YUFE universities and connect with peers and experts across Europe.
