
The YUFE Alliance supports the development of all staff members with regard to their knowledge, skills and talents. To this end, YUFE develops unique training programmes for different staff groups that facilitate
• the enhancement of transferable and practical skills
• building and fostering a professional and personal networks within the YUFE Alliance
• the exchange of experience and good practices among YUFE partners
• the familiarity with working in a different national context in terms of culture, rules and regulations
We are excited to announce that three new YUFE Staff Development Programmes start in autumn 2024:

Open Science Programme
Exchange with other Open Science enthusiasts across Europe about good practices & generate new ideas for promoting Open Science
Open for: Research support staff and professional service staff giving Open Science support for researchers
Structure: 4 online sessions
Duration: Sessions take place between November 2024 and January 2025

Research Leadership Programme
Develop your full leadership potential & exchange practices with colleagues in a similar role across YUFE universities.
Open for: Researchers and research managers leading a research group
Structure: 2 online sessions + a self-study period + two-day on-site session at the University of Antwerp
Duration: Sessions take place between November 2024 and February 2025

Staff Development Programme
Learn about staff development methods, tools and strategies & get to know different approaches to staff development
Open for: HR personnel involved in organizing training, coaching and other staff development activities; leaders/advisors involved in staff development at a faculty/institute; Learning & Development advisors
Structure: 4 online sessions + thee-day on-site session at Maastricht University + two-day on-site session at the University of Rijeka
Duration: Sessions take place between October 2024 and April 2025
