The YUFE Gender Equity Plan (GEP) was developed by YUFE’s Work Package on Equity, Diversity & Inclusivity (ED&I), through a dedicated Task and Finish Group set up in October 2023. All YUFE institutions and Work Packages were invited to provide input into the GEP via a stakeholder engagement exercise. The YUFE Executive Committee approved it on 5 June 2024, and subsequently published it on the YUFE website to make it accessible to the wider YUFE community and beyond. The ED&I Team will carry out ongoing implementation and evaluation.
