Report on the YUFE Pilot on Postdoctoral Training and Development

This deliverable presents the implementation, evaluation, and outcomes of the YUFE Pilot on Postdoctoral Training and Development, carried out across ten YUFE universities to pilot the YUFE Postdoctoral Training and Development Scheme. It describes the training, development, and peer support activities implemented at local and YUFE-wide level, analyses participant feedback, and documents the impact of the Pilot on postdoctoral professional development, networking and institutional support across the YUFE Alliance. In addition, it identifies key lessons learned and provides a foundation for the further development of postdoctoral training and support initiatives within YUFE and beyond.
