Challenges - demands - offers
Junior Achievement Cyprus is continuously seeking opportunities to expand its impact and address the evolving needs of young people in a rapidly changing social and economic environment. Current priorities include strengthening entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital and STEM skills, promoting youth employability, fostering leadership and active citizenship, and ensuring greater inclusion of underrepresented and vulnerable groups. To achieve these objectives, JA Cyprus actively seeks collaborations with educational institutions, public authorities, businesses, industry experts, civil society organisations, and international partners. Areas of particular interest include co-development of educational programmes, youth innovation initiatives, mentoring and volunteering opportunities, research and policy dialogue, digital transformation projects, and joint participation in European and international funding programmes. Through strategic partnerships, JA Cyprus aims to create sustainable pathways that empower young people to succeed while contributing to the social and economic development of Cyprus.
