YUFE Recognition and Reward System

Recognition and reward (R&R) systems for staff are important in all organisations, particularly in university settings. Skilled, motivated staff are the foundation of everything a knowledge-intensive university achieves. This report outlines the design of the YUFE Recognition and Reward System, along with the corresponding YUFE Recognition and Rewards Toolbox, which was piloted during the YUFE 2030 project phase.
