This pilot was informed by a shared vision across all partner universities. This report focusses on the YUFE Pilot on Postdoctoral Training and Development. It describes the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Pilot, the YUFE Vision on Postdoctoral Training and Development, the interuniversity and local training offer, and the effects on the local university level creating momentum for postdoctoral researchers and impact.
